Tune in Monday on 11 Alive WXIA-TV to see Nell Benn talk about the Great Backpack Giveaway

On Monday, July 28, Nell Benn, Agape’s Executive Director, will be interviewed on WXIA-TV about the Great Backpack Giveaway. The interview will air at 12:30 pm.  Nell will share about this tremendous service event that Agape is able to provide to the community each year with the help of our generous donors.

At the Great Backpack Giveaway, Agape serves over 1,000 children with new backpacks full of school supplies. The distribution helps children living in economically-disadvantaged areas of Atlanta succeed in school.  The children are always excited to be able to choose their own new backpack, and the volunteers are deeply touched by the impact they are having on the children and families.
