Agape serves a community of more than 2,000 school-age children by providing a variety of programs to empower these children from under-served families.
Without hope children living in poverty are likely to continue the generational cycle. With the hope and tools Agape gives, the generational cycle of poverty is broken.
Join Agape at the Mother Daughter Tea and help kick off the most wonderful time of the year! The Tea is an annual social for middle school girls and their moms to benefit youth development and education programming at Agape. This intimate, fun-filled affair is an amazing event to create memories and celebrate mothers and daughters.
Without intervention, the children in the Bolton Road community are most likely to enter into the complex maze of intergenerational poverty with limited education and limited opportunity for employment.
With a 100% high school graduation rate, Agape makes a difference.
Agape has steadily grown, thanks in large part, to the overwhelming commitment of
volunteers who bring this program to life each day. The lasting effect of Agape is the positive, long-term relationship with an adult—one who can expose that boy or girl to opportunities beyond Bolton Road and make a difference in how he or she views their place in the world.
