What’s Happening at Agape
Great Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway
We need your help to ensure that children and seniors have a Thanksgiving meal! Each year, Agape and our partners at The Lovett School and Collins Memorial United Methodist Church collect and distribute over 1,000 baskets and 500 turkeys for families and seniors, in need in the Bolton Road Community. We hope to team up with you, again, this year to make this event a huge success.
Agape Makes a Difference
But Not Without Your Help
Without intervention, the children in the Bolton Road community are most likely to enter into the complex maze of intergenerational poverty with limited education and limited opportunity for employment. With a 100% high school graduation rate, Agape makes a difference.
Agape has steadily grown, thanks in large part, to the overwhelming commitment of volunteers who bring this program to life each day. The lasting effect of Agape is the positive, long-term relationship with an adult—one who can expose that boy or girl to opportunities beyond Bolton Road and make a difference in how he or she views their place in the world.
