Youth Instructor – After-School Program

The After-School Youth Instructor position works closely with the Program Coordinator to implement a wide variety of recreational and educational activities, community partnerships, and ensures a high-quality program is delivered daily. Youth Instructors are responsible for assisting, organizing, and implementing the day-to-day program operations. The counselor will facilitate academic support, program material and activities for all participants.

E. River Education Specialist

The Education Outreach Specialist will work with all students on their caseload, but primarily with academically at-risk students. The specialist will serve as a tutor for students and collaborate with school faculty/staff as a community/school liaison for Agape families. The specialist will create and implement strategies to promote literacy, overall academic success, student retention, and parental involvement.

Agape Child and Family Advocate

The Child & Family Advocate position provides family and case management support and coaching based upon recommendations from Agape team members. The Child & Family Advocate will act as a community organizer and serve as a referral source for families, be the liaison for intensive case management, and develop and implement intervention strategies for students and families.

Agape Internship Program

Agape is looking for passionate and hard-working interns that believe in the mission of Agape and impacting the Bolton Road community. You will work with passionate professionals, learn firsthand how to apply best practices in various aspects of a growing nonprofit agency and enjoy a real opportunity to make an impact on the northwest corridor of Atlanta.

Volunteer Manager

The Volunteer Manager is a Full-time position in the Programs Department at Agape Youth and Family Center. The ideal match will be responsible for recruiting, training, placing, and retaining volunteers across multiple programs, organizational initiatives, and events. The Volunteer Manager will lead volunteers in supporting community-wide outreach and fundraising events and will lead planning and execution of Agape’s annual Volunteer Appreciation month activities. This position will report to the Director of Programs. The Volunteer Manager is also required to operate consistently within the program standards, mission, and guidelines as outlined by the Agape Youth and Family Center’s Policy Manual.
