Sponsoring volunteer teams paint and decorate the bedrooms of children living in an impoverished area of NW Atlanta, most of whom have never had their own bed before.

October 20 and 21, 2017

In learning more about our families, Agape discovered that many of the children in our programs had little to no furniture at all. Agape’s Extreme Bedroom Makeover began in 2010, with volunteer teams providing new paint, new bedrooms and a whole new outlook for 120 children in need and counting! EBM has won the Carl V. Patton President’s Award for Community Partnership from Georgia State University.

Our 2016 sponsoring makeover teams were Deljou Art Group, the National Charity League, and MODA Floors & Interiors.  Special thanks to Rooms To Go for providing bunk beds and Rosing Paint Center for providing paint and supplies each year!
